Took 2 watches in for new batteries (1 needed a new crystal-son said no I can buff out the scratches-NO CHARGE! And 1 needed a new watchband). They didn’t have the size of band I needed so I bought it on Amazon and took to them to put it on-AGAIN NO CHARGE. They are so kind and accommodating. They also sell new and old jewelry and buy gold.
